The zoo itself was fine and we had a decent time, but the parking situation was kind of a mess?? It took a while to figure out where to go, and it just didn’t feel very organized. Not terrible overall, but it could definitely be easier.

"Nice visit overall"
I checked out fwzoo.com before we went, and overall we had a nice time. The place was pleasant, and the restrooms were cleaner than I expected, though they were kinda messy by the afternoon. Still, not bad at all. I’d give it 4 stars

"I had to wait a lot longer..."
I had to wait a lot longer than I expected for updates. It felt like nothing was happening. I kept checking back and still had no clear answer. Frustrating honestly. Not a great experience...

My first impression was that this park was really well laid out, and that turned out to be right. We never felt lost, the signs were easy enough to follow, and the way it loops around made it simple to see a lot without constantly backtracking

"Was hoping for a bit better"
I stopped by after looking it up on fwzoo, and I was kind of disappointed. Some of the animal areas just seemed a little messy and not super well kept, at least from what I saw. Maybe it was just one of those things, but I left hoping they’d put a bit more attention into cleaning and upkeep.

"Kind of a Letdown"
I thought it was going to be better than it was. A lot of the exhibits felt old and sort of empty, like there just wasn’t much happening in a bunch of spots. Some of the animals were hard to see too, so half the time it felt like we were just walking past fences, signs, and random enclosures without much to look at. I don’t know, it just didn’t really feel worth the trip for me.

"Decent visit, but upkeep could be better"
I visited the zoo recently and overall it was fine, mostly clean and easy enough to get around. That said, some areas really looked like they needed more attention, especially the bins and a few of the tables, which were messy. It wasn’t terrible, but it did feel like those concerns were kind of brushed off or just not being noticed. With a little more upkeep, the place could feel a lot nicer.

I had mixed feelings about the visit. It was still nice to walk around and spend some time there, but most of the animals were hiding, so I felt like I didn’t really get to see much. it kind of felt like wasted time, though I can see how it might be better on a different day.

"Tickets were fine I guess"
I got the tickets online and it worked out, but the confirmation didn’t show up right away. I was kind of just waiting around for a bit, which was a little annoying, but it came through eventually.

"We had a really good time..."
We had a really good time here. There was way more shade than I expected, which was such a relief on a hot day, and there were plenty of benches whenever we needed a break. It made walking around the zoo with the kids a lot easier. i kind of regret not planning to stay longer because it ended up being more comfortable than I thought.

I thought the ticket price was fair enough, probably about what I expected to pay. It wasn’t super cheap, but for the experience, it felt reasonable, around the right range, give or take a few bucks...

"Friendly team, but support could be faster"
The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to, which I appreciated. That said, support did feel a little slow at times. To be fair, I’m probably a bit impatient when I’m waiting for help, but I still think the response time could be better.

"So many animals to check out"
I really liked how many animals were listed on fwzoo.com. I was looking through it before my visit, and it had a solid mix, not just the usual lions and elephants. There were birds, reptiles, big cats, smaller animals, and a bunch I didn’t know much about. It definitely got me more excited to go. 5 stars from me

"Such a Fun Safari Experience"
I had a really great time on the safari ride! It was fun getting to see the animals up close, and the animal shows were awesome too. Definitely a cool experience and worth checking out.

Went on a Saturday and honestly... I was expecting it to be way more crowded than it was. There were definitely people around, but it never felt packed or stressful, which was a nice surprise. The lines moved quickly, and we could actually stop and look at the animals without feeling like we were holding anyone up or being rushed along. Parking took a few minutes, but nothing crazy. Overall, just a really nice visit.

I ended up learning some cool animal facts here, which I wasn’t totally expecting. It’s easy to follow and, I don’t know, just kind of fun without feeling like a lesson or anything. Definitely not boring

"Still a fan, but a little conflicted"
I’ve liked this brand for a while, so I wanted to love the whole experience, but I have to admit some of the enclosures felt a bit too small for comfort. I still appreciate what they usually do well, but this part made me feel a little torn
